1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how Weebs ‘R Us processes the personal data of its Users in a general sense.

2. Collection and use of personal data
2.1. Weebs ‘R Us collects personal data from a User when the User has provided this personal data to Weebs ‘R Us via the Website, for example by contacting Weebs ‘R Us or because the User has signed up for the newsletter.
2.2. Weebs ‘R Us uses this personal data for the purpose for which the User has provided the personal data to Weebs ‘R Us. This may be for the execution of an agreement to which the data subject is a party.

5.1 This website may contain redirects to third-party websites, for example in the form of a hyperlink, banner or button. Weebs ‘R Us is not responsible for the compliance of these third parties with privacy legislation.
6. Modification/deletion of personal data
6.1. The User has the right to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, move and block his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and from 25 May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation.

6.3. Weebs ‘R Us will make every effort to respond within 4 weeks to a request from a User to inspect, correct, supplement, delete, move and block the personal data relating to the User. This may incur costs for the User. Before complying with a request as referred to in this article, Weebs ‘R Us will inform the user about these costs.
6.4 A refusal to comply with the request referred to in paragraph 1 of this article will be reasoned.
6.5. Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an email to Weebs ‘R Us.
7. Retention period
7.1. Weebs ‘R Us does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which personal data is processed, unless Weebs ‘R Us is obliged by law to keep personal data longer.

8.1. Weebs ‘R Us has taken legal, technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
9.1. Weebs ‘R Us reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be announced on this page. Weebs ‘R Us therefore advises the User to regularly check this page to see if any adjustments have been made. The current Privacy Policy was updated on April 1, 2018.
10. Applicable law
10.1 Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Dutch law.
11. Google Analytics
11.1 Weebs ‘R Us uses Google Analytics. The User’s IP address is anonymized and no data is shared with Google. Weebs ‘R Us has signed a processing agreement with Google. The anonymization of Google Analytics data means that Weebs ‘R Us may place these Analytics cookies without permission. The User is informed of these cookies by means of a cookie banner that is displayed until acceptance.
