You can contact us with all your questions and comments about our products, your order and delivery. We will always provide you with an appropriate and clear answer as soon as possible, but in any case within one working day.
Go to the product you want to buy. Select the right size and quantity and click on ‘Add to cart’. Is your order complete? Click on ‘Continue ordering’ in the shopping cart. Fill in the necessary details, after which you can proceed to the payment and complete your order. Can’t figure it out? Send an email to [email protected] and we will help you further.
To change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service by emailing [email protected]. If possible, we will adjust the order.
If you order for an amount of 25€ or more, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Shipping of orders that fit through the letterbox in the Netherlands: 3,95 €
Shipping of orders that do not fit through the letterbox in the Netherlands: € 5.75
Shipping abroad: varies (free for orders over € 200.00)
If you have received an order that is not complete, you can contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. We can then ensure that the missing product is still shipped.
We do everything we can to deliver our products to you in good condition. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, you can contact us by sending an email to [email protected]
You can still return it up to 14 days after receipt of your order. We will then refund the full purchase amount. Are you exercising your right of withdrawal? Then you must return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to Weebs ‘R Us. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return. The condition for this is that we have received the product back in good order.
If you want to exchange a received product, you must let us know by e-mail. Send your mail, with an explanation, to [email protected]. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. In the Netherlands, the order will then be delivered 1 day later. For Belgium and Germany, the delivery time varies from 2 to 3 days.
